The company has already been authorized by ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2000. All staff insist quality is the root of our company with the quality policy and target:'To improve the quality;to increase the efficiency;to deliver on time;to satisfy the customers'.Currently the company employs about 800.
The company has the monthly copability of 50 sets of mold.With the rich experience in fabricating complicated molds with hot-runner,gas-equipped or slide construction etc and insert-molding and multi-color injection molds,she hasf been a distinctive mold maker in the field.The company has been equipped with the advanced design system and processing facility and technique,which all guarantee the designing and processing for the high-quality and high-precision molds.
The company has totally 78 sets of injection machines.In2003,she has been equipped with the printing and assembly workshop and in 2005 set up a painting and assembly facility in order to provide the customers the better service from the mold design to finished parts so to save the lead time and improve the quality.
With several years of hard work,the company has been growing into a large-scale enterprise.
